Day Shift Help for . Maintain and organize the front office space to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors. Demonstrate a strong understanding of University of Texas policies and procedures, particularly as they relate to student services, and apply this knowledge in daily interactions. Respond to inquiries received through phone, email, or in-person interactions, providing accurate information and directing complex or specialized questions to the appropriate persons or units. Provide support for both new and returning students, assisting with general questions, guidance through university processes, and connecting them to campus resources as needed. Other duties as assigned
