Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and organized Administrative Professional to join our team and help support the daily operations that keep our school running smoothly. Education and Experience:
Has 1-year Children's Lighthouse experience. Maintains the state training requirements. Ability to communicate with and motivate others. Consistently follows through with all assignments. Excellent role model to other teachers. Is proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills. Prefer experience in ProCare.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows and completes the required CLFC Procare Weekly Checklist. Takes major responsibility in collecting tuition and fees on a weekly basis. AR's balance maintained at 5% or below at the end of each week. Completes additional daily operational duties as assigned. Basic ability to use general office equipment such as copier, laminating machine, binding machine, and computer Excellent organizational skill Ability to work to complete tasks independently High positive energy Closing down the building Vacuuming carpets Driving the bus Give restroom breaks to teachers General Areas Fills in classrooms, kitchen, and conducts bus runs as needed to maintain coverage. Completes and checks bus runs as assigned and necessary. Ensures efficient management of telephone calls and is able to turn 80% of inquiry calls into tours. Maintains children's files and maintains at least a 90% completion rate at all times. Assists and/or creates school event calendars, newsletters, memos, and social media posts as assigned. Assists in New Staff Orientation Participates in activities of professional and personal growth to maximize opportunity for succession within management.
Physical Requirements:
Bending, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling, alternating between sitting and standing Normally, does not work at heights above ten feet. Normally, does not lift any object weighing more than fifty pounds Education and Experience The Administrative Assistant reports to Assistant Director and/or
