Senior Evaluator - Graduate Enrollment Services, TTU Online Lubbock 44565BR Graduate School Position Description Examines academic records of students to determine eligibility for graduation or for admission to college, university, or graduate school. About the Department and/or College Major/Essential Functions Serve as a liaison for online programs to address requests from students, staff, faculty, and administrators that require guidance on student academic records, university policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain and manage online student academic records, ensuring all pertinent data and academic history are accurately reflected in Banner, Degree Works, and Xtender. Conduct preliminary and final audits of online student records throughout five annual end-of-term cycles to ensure alignment with degree program requirements and confirm eligibility for graduation. Maintain reports related to online student degree progress, completion, enrollment, and graduation trends over time. Coordinate graduation processes for online students across end-of-term cycles, ensuring alignment with university policies and integration with three official commencement ceremonies. Provide support for Graduate School events, including the annual Fellowship Reception, the Arts and Humanities Conference, the Graduate Research Poster Competition, and the Three-Minute Thesis Competition. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in admission, evaluation, student services, or experience in a related area; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six years. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Texas Techs credit system. Working knowledge of international education systems.
