Position Status:
Part Time Department:
Student Services General Summary Provide excellent customer service and proctoring services to students and community members who visit the Testing Center.
Pay:
$11/hour Specific Position Duties Greet and welcome visitors of the Testing Center. Provide information as needed in person, by phone, or by email. Respond to questions and score interpretations for testing candidates. Assist testers with the check-in/check-out process as required by each exam. Maintain a friendly and calm environment for the Testing Center. Proctor and ensure test security of each exam. Make reservations for testing candidates. Assist with light-duty cleaning to ensure a safe environment for testing candidates. Take payments for proctoring fees. Maintain proctor certifications as required for each test sponsor. Assist with tasks as assigned by the Testing Center Director. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required. Some college coursework is preferred. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality. Experience with computers and technology. Strong communication skills. Work well under pressure and be a self-starter. Work well as a team and contribute to the overall success of the
