The position assists students in making career choices to help them succeed in the English language program, monitors student academic progress, and works with the faculty and retention team to offer guidance and resources to enhance student success at our Pasadena Campus. ICT has operated for over forty years and offers full-time positions with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Part-time adjunct positions are available as well. The ESL classes are offered day and evening and can be taught in-person or online. The classes focus on developing the seven skills of language with the intent of helping students find employment or advance in their current employment. The position requires at least two years of successful post-secondary education and a high degree of concern for student success.
