Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director to lead our educational organization with passion and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive curricula, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the smooth operation of all school functions. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and elevate student success across all levels of early childhood through K-12 education. Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning process to align educational goals with organizational vision and mission. Oversee curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards, legal requirements, and best practices in childhood development. Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting program growth. Facilitate professional development for school staff, fostering continuous improvement in instructional leadership, classroom management, and compliance with education regulations. Supervise school personnel including teachers, administrative staff, and support teams; conduct faculty evaluations and provide mentorship. Ensure adherence to legal standards such as special education law, childhood development regulations, and educational compliance requirements. Develop fundraising strategies to support school initiatives, capital projects, and community engagement efforts. Collaborate with senior leadership on policy formulation, operational management, and community outreach initiatives. Lead school administrative functions including managing facilities, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, school board meetings, and community events to promote our mission and achievements. Experience Proven experience in school administration or leadership roles within K-12 or early childhood education settings. Extensive background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs. Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and strategic planning within an educational context. Strong management skills with experience supervising diverse teams of educators and administrative personnel. Knowledge of school legal frameworks including special education law and childhood development regulations. Experience managing budgets at an executive level within education administration or similar organizations. Skilled in professional development facilitation for educators to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes. Excellent public speaking abilities with a track record of representing educational organizations confidently in various forums. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
