POOL POSTING FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR
The position of Principal is done for the purpose/s of maintaining overall school site operations; receiving, distributing, and communicating information to enforce school, District and State policies; maintaining safety of school environment; coordinating site activities; communicating information to staff; and addressing situations, problems and/or conflicts. Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to: Provides instructional leadership and professional development to all staff members. Fosters and develops a positive school culture and effective learning environment. Engages parents and community members in supporting a positive, welcoming school environment, supportive of all students. Maintains student safety and handles special cases as necessary. Participates on committees pertinent to the operation of the district.
Qualifications:
Master's degree required with a major in educational administration or appropriate related field. At least three years of successful experience as a classroom teacher. Experience as an Assistant Principal or Principal preferred. A valid state certificate to practice as a school administrator.
