Full-Time Position Summary:
Laurel Institutes is seeking a motivated and organized Student Services / Academic Affairs Coordinator to support student success and academic operations across campuses. This position serves as a key resource for students, faculty, and administration by assisting with student services, academic support, compliance, and day-to-day coordination of academic affairs. Regular travel between the Uniontown and Morgantown locations is required.Responsibilities:
Support students through advising, retention efforts, and student services initiatives Assist with academic scheduling, program coordination, and student records management Provide support for accreditation, regulatory compliance, and institutional policies Coordinate student orientations, academic events, and student engagement activities Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to address student concerns and promote student success Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records Assist with monitoring academic progress and supporting intervention strategies Support implementation of academic policies, procedures, and quality standards Travel regularly between Uniontown, PA and Morgantown, PA campuses Special event planning and coordinator.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business, or related field preferred Experience in student services, academic affairs, higher education administration, or related field preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel between assigned campuses requiredPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of postsecondary education regulations and accreditation standards Experience working with diverse student populations Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to student-centered serviceBenefits:
