Elementary school math teachers welcome to apply as well! We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced & passionate teachers to join a fun team at our tutoring center in Danville, CA. We love our students, and work together to ensure they are in a positive learning environment, where they can grow in their skills and gain confidence! We are specifically looking for experienced, credentialed, fun and engaging language arts teachers, who have classroom experience teaching students to read & write. This candidate should have experience with developmentally appropriate strategies, and enjoy helping the students develop a love for learning. Hours potentially available Mondays through Thursdays from approximately 1:30 or 2 Teachers can choose a K-5th, K-8th or 4th-8th Teacher qualifications: Positive, energetic teacher who can adapt teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of students Classroom teaching experience required Dependability Resourcefulness Teaching credential, certification or related degree Team player Excellent communication skills Experience in tutoring or teaching children with diverse learning styles Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles Excellent communication skills and patience to work with students of varying ages and abilities Teacher benefits: All teaching materials are on site Positive teaching atmosphere Excellent compensation No 'homework' or 'after hours' for teachers!
