We are a Christ-centered school committed to nurturing students academically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally in a structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate loves children, demonstrates strong classroom leadership, and is excited to partner with families while helping students grow in both character and academic excellence. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with grade-level standards and the mission of Celebration Life Academy Provide instruction in core academic subjects, including language arts, math, science, history, and Bible Integrate Biblical truth and Christian values throughout the school day Create and maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Use classroom management strategies that are respectful, consistent, and focused on training rather than punishment Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and behavior Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities Collaborate with administration and fellow staff members to support school goals and student needs Participate in staff meetings, trainings, school events, and other duties as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; degree in Education or related field preferred Teaching credential preferred but not required Prior experience teaching elementary students preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and coworkers Ability to plan and implement instruction for a multi-grade classroom preferred Supportive of the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Celebration Life Academy Experience or interest in the Principle Approach and Christian education preferred Schedule Monday-Friday School hours are approximately 8:30 AM-3:30 PM, with additional time for planning, meetings, and occasional school events. Pay and Benefits Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
