The Role:

Equip, Connect, and Inspire We are seeking a full-time Guide for our Elementary Studio . You will step into a thriving ecosystem with established systems, working alongside our departing lead Guide to ensure a seamless transition for our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Socratic Guiding:

Lead daily Socratic discussions that spark critical thinking and debate.

The Hero's Journey:

Mentor students as they navigate self-paced curriculum and "Quests" (month-long, real-world projects).

Curriculum Design:

Refine existing projects and co-create new, high-stakes exhibitions of learning.

Community Leadership:

Help host our annual Children's Business Fair and foster a culture of "Learning to Be."

Environment Curation:

Maintain a world-class studio environment inspired by Montessori principles. Who You Are The "Unschooler"

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (Elementary or Middle School age). A background in Early Childhood Development or Montessori is a major plus. Strong affinity for art, music, PE, or the Maker movement.
