Position Summary The eCommerce Product Operations & Systems Manager is responsible for ensuring that products are accurately structured, maintained, and effectively sold through ACP's eCommerce and ERP systems. This role manages product setup, sale methods, pricing inputs, product-level inventory availability, and eCommerce workflow execution. The position also supervises the SCS Associate, providing direction, priorities, standards, and escalation support for customer service and fulfillment activity tied to the eCommerce channel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the eCommerce product portfolio for accurate structure, maintenance, and presentation. Define product type, stock model, sale method, configuration logic, and system treatment. Assess performance, demand, and operational fit to recommend product updates or discontinuation. Maintain accurate eCommerce and ERP product configuration to support inventory, pricing, and fulfillment reliability. Monitor inventory availability, place purchase requisitions, and determine appropriate stock treatment. Set new and custom product pricing within guidelines; recommend promotional pricing for approval. Resolve product, inventory, and availability discrepancies with Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Inventory Control. Workflow & System Ownership Oversee eCommerce workflows to ensure accurate movement of orders, product data, inventory, and fulfillment requirements. Identify workflow, data, or system issues affecting eCommerce execution and coordinate corrective action with internal teams and vendors. Maintain alignment across eCommerce, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Control, and ERP workflows. Customer Service Supervision & Fulfillment Coordination Supervise the Customer Service & Fulfilment Associate and oversee eCommerce-related customer service workflows. Set priorities for order handling, issue resolution, customer communication, and escalation. Reinforce standards for order accuracy, communication quality, and process adherence. Coordinate fulfillment exceptions and escalation needs with internal teams. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 3-5+ years in eCommerce operations, product data, ERP/eCommerce systems, or order fulfillment. Experience managing product setup, sale methods, or configuration logic; WooCommerce preferred. ERP experience required; Acumatica preferred. Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams. Supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to direct daily work and service standards. Physical Demands and Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and computer navigation Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching when visiting warehouse or operations areas. Occasional lifting or moving of products or packages (typically up to 25 lbs) Primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment Occasional exposure to warehouse conditions, including noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment Interaction with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, purchasing, and warehouse staff Fast-paced environment with deadlines tied to product launches, promotions, and order fulfillment cycles The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
