The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Maintain control and structure in the classroom to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Supports students in completing school homework, and enrichment math and language arts. Plan, organize, and implement engaging STEM activities that align with the program's educational goals. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging creativity, curiosity, and academic growth. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth transitions between activities. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff about student progress and any issues. Monitor student behavior and address challenges proactively and positively. Ensure that all activities comply with school and program policies. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides Qualifications Minimum of 2 year of experience working with elementary school students. Strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of behavior management techniques. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
