An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. Weekends Off School Operating Hours:
Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Enjoy consistent, full-time hours and a healthy work-life balance with your weekends free.
What You'll Do:
Create a welcoming classroom: Lead and supervise a group of children in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where they can explore, create, and build confidence.
Bring our curriculum to life:
Implement daily lesson plans aligned with our Balanced Learning® program to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Partner with families:
Collaborate with the leadership team on student evaluations and parent-teacher conferences. Maintain open, thoughtful communication with families.
Promote health and safety:
Follow all safety protocols and licensing guidelines to protect the well-being of every child.
Support growth:
Provide positive guidance and behavior modeling while encouraging curiosity, kindness, and independence.
