Our program is committed to providing children with a strong academic, social, and emotional foundation as they prepare for elementary school. Responsibilities Support children's learning, independence, and creativity through Montessori‑aligned practices Provide active supervision to ensure a safe and supportive environment Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically prepared classroom Assist with potty training and self‑care routines Collaborate with the teaching team to uphold consistency, professionalism, and Montessori principles Qualifications Montessori certified, currently enrolled in a Montessori training program, or willing to enroll Current CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) High School Diploma or
