Duties Design and implement innovative PE curricula tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental levels of middle school students Lead engaging physical activities, sports, and fitness exercises that promote teamwork, coordination, and individual achievement Adapt instructional methods for students with special needs, including those with autism or other behavioral challenges Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies and differentiated instruction techniques Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, progress in physical education, and behavioral observations Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, school events, and integrating educational technology into lessons Analyze student performance data to inform instructional modifications and support continuous improvement in physical education outcomes Qualifications Fully credentialed teacher with a Physical Education authorization.
