In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, support students' academic growth, and promote social-emotional development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape a positive classroom experience, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in literacy, math, science, social studies, and arts. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and inclusive learning for all students. Use various teaching strategies, including technology integration and hands-on activities, to meet diverse learning needs. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; valid teaching certification for elementary education. Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood or elementary settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology tools. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and working with students with autism or other learning differences. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
