Job Description
Our program is looking for a Lead Teacher who can: work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development. Develop lesson plans based on curriculum, state requirements, NAEYC, and the specific needs of each child. Monitor the development of each child. Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their child's development and any changes to the regular day-to-day schedule. Implement leadership skills when working with others.
