We are looking for a Lead Teacher who shares this philosophy and is excited to become part of a supportive and dedicated team. What You'll Do As a Montessori Lead Teacher, you will: Create and maintain a beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment. Guide children through individualized, hands-on learning experiences while respecting each child's unique pace and interests. Present Montessori materials and lessons in a clear, engaging, and developmentally appropriate way. Observe children carefully and use those observations to support their individual growth and development. Encourage independence, concentration, problem-solving, grace and courtesy, and a genuine love of learning. Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, organized, and inviting classroom where children feel confident and valued. Support positive classroom behavior through respectful Montessori guidance. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's development, classroom experiences, and progress. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide consistency and a high-quality experience for every child. Participate in professional development and continue growing your Montessori practice. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about Montessori education and early childhood development. Warm, patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Confident in leading a classroom while creating a calm and respectful atmosphere. Organized, dependable, creative, and able to work well as part of a team. Comfortable observing children and adapting experiences to meet their individual needs. A strong communicator with both families and colleagues. Committed to treating children with respect and supporting their growing independence. Montessori certification 3-6 is highly preferred , particularly for candidates with experience in a Montessori classroom. Candidates with strong early childhood experience and a genuine passion for Montessori education are also encouraged to apply. Why Join Us?
