Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with the department of Education Standards , incorporating innovative learning technology and instructional design principles. Create engaging lesson plans that cover literacy education, math, physical education, library services, and other core subjects tailored to diverse learning needs. Monitor and assess student progress, organize instructional materials, and facilitate communication with parents and colleagues. Adapt teaching strategies to support students with special needs or disabilities through specialized instruction and behavior management techniques. Manage classroom activities effectively to foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect among students. Assess student development regularly through formative and summative evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, academic advising, and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for children. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Education or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in elementary school. Strong knowledge of kindergarden curriculum and early childhood development. Excellent classroom management and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans Passion for teaching and supporting students academic and social support.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
