An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate Full time teacher for our schools. Different positions and locations available in Hialeah and Miami Lakes. Job Duties will include but are not limited to: Responsibilities include: Weekly lesson planning, positive reinforcement, and finding creative, captivating new ways to teach children. Knowledge on the Creative Curriculum Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills Organize activities so children can learn about the world, explore interests, and develop talents Develop schedules and routines to ensure children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring problems to the attention of parents Keep records of the students' progress, routines, and interests, and keep parents informed about their child's development. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our school as we are.
