This position is ideal for an educator who has a passion for teaching elementary students through explicit, systematic instruction , with particular strength in English Language Arts . The successful candidate will create engaging lessons that build strong foundations in reading, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, writing, spelling, and reading comprehension while integrating instruction across all core subject areas. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and learning needs of students. Utilize ongoing assessment data to monitor student progress. Collaborate with classroom all stakeholders to support student success. Record and maintain student attendance and grades. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university required. Teaching certification is preferred but not required . Certification opportunities are available through the League of Christian Schools and Cognia. Strong background teaching English Language Arts. Experience teaching lower elementary-aged students Experience working with students with diverse learning needs. Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
