December 2026 We are opening a small, home-like Montessori school in Miami Beach for approximately 30-35 children, ages 1-6. We are looking for an experienced Montessori teacher who would like to grow into a Director role and help us build the school from the very beginning. Who we are looking for Montessori trained with classroom experience Experience with children ages 1-3 and/or 3-6 Fluent English Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Warm, responsible and genuinely passionate about Montessori education Interested in taking on more responsibility as the school grows Florida childcare/director credentials are a plus The role You will initially work directly with children while helping us prepare the Montessori environment, establish classroom routines and build a strong teaching team. As the school grows, we would like this position to develop into a Director / School Leader role. We are looking for someone who wants to be an important part of a small Montessori community — not simply take another teaching job. Competitive salary based on experience and Montessori credentials.
