Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Elementary Teachers to join our vibrant educational community for the upcoming academic year. These teachers will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for students aged 26-27, supporting their academic growth, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. The ideal candidates will bring energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to student success, ensuring each child receives personalized attention and high-quality instruction. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across core subjects such as literacy education, math, science, and social studies. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies, creating a safe and respectful environment. Provide individualized support through tutoring, early intervention strategies, and working with students with special needs or autism to promote inclusive learning. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, assessment strategies, and standardized testing preparation to ensure student achievement. Mentor new or less experienced teachers by sharing best practices in classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional techniques. Engage with parents and guardians through clear communication about student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities. Support extracurricular activities such as physical education classes or library services to foster well-rounded development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications preferred. Proven classroom experience working with children in elementary grades, including early childhood education settings. Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing preparation. Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or working with individuals with autism. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and families. Proficiency in learning technology tools and educational software to support instruction and assessment. Ability to manage classroom behavior proactively while fostering an inclusive environment that promotes student engagement. Commitment to ongoing professional development in areas such as writing skills, behavior management techniques, library services integration, and education administration practices.
