VPK Lead Teacher Shape Bright Futures Join us in providing exceptional, community-focused early childhood education where every child learns, grows, and thrives. As a VPK Lead Teacher, you'll guide preschoolers through their final step before kindergarten—building confidence, curiosity, and school readiness. What You'll Do Deliver engaging VPK curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten success. Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions. Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth. Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines. Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child's journey. What You Bring CDA Credential (required). Florida Staff Credential (required). VPK Credentials (required). 2-3 years of classroom teaching experience. Passion, leadership, and a collaborative spirit.
