An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Qualifications:
TESOL Certification /

Bachelor's Degree (required) in education, preferably in
ESL Job Responsibilities:
Teach English as a second language to adults from all over the world (could possibly lead to more available work). Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Plan, organize and provide instruction in English that meet state and federal standards Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated with the district's/school's instructional program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student's ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area
