Familiarity with educational technology integration, including learning management systems and digital resources. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with children with autism or other special needs is highly desirable. Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulation requirements for early childhood education programs. Ability to adapt lessons for different learning styles and provide differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, student assessment, and record keeping.
