Position Overview The Fourth Grade Teacher is responsible for creating a dynamic and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic growth, independence, and a love of learning. This teacher will deliver instruction across core subject areas, with an emphasis on: Literacy development (reading, writing, and communication) Critical thinking and problem-solving Student engagement and ownership of learning The ideal candidate will be skilled in differentiating instruction, building strong relationships, and creating a classroom culture where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired.
