Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field Montessori credential preferred (AMS, AMI, MACTE-accredited, or equivalent) 3+ years of teaching experience in Montessori or progressive education Public school teaching experience is a plus. Strong understanding of multi-age learning environments Passion for nature-based and experiential education Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable using Google Workspace and school technology tools Must pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the
