Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and supporting the overall development of children in our care. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports child welfare and encourages learning. Provide individualized tutoring to students as needed to support their academic success. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Support the social, emotional, and physical development of children through appropriate activities. Plan and execute activities that promote literacy education, math skills, and childhood development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in daycare or classroom settings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development. Knowledge of effective tutoring strategies for various subjects, including math and literacy education. Ability to create a positive learning environment for toddlers and young children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
