Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree 3-5 years of teaching experience Montessori Certified preferred , but will train the right candidate Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, conflict management strategies, and behavior management practices. Preferred experience working with students with disabilities or special needs; knowledge of academic interventions and multi-tiered systems of support. Ability to analyze student performance data for quantitative evaluation of progress and instructional planning. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students' families. Demonstrated understanding of educational compliance standards and regulations related to early childhood education.
