This position serves one of our established elementary school partners in East Atlanta , providing high-quality Spanish instruction to students in grades 3-5 . We're looking for a teacher who creates a positive classroom culture, maintains excellent classroom management, builds meaningful relationships with students, and delivers engaging, communicative Spanish instruction with professionalism and consistency. school year (contract commitment required) ResponsibilitiesClassroom Instruction Teach engaging Spanish lessons to students in grades 3-5. Deliver communicative, immersion-style language instruction. Foster a positive, structured classroom environment. Maintain excellent classroom management. Adapt instruction to meet diverse student learning needs. Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for language learning. Student Learning Monitor student progress. Assess student learning using company-provided systems. Maintain accurate grades and instructional records. Collaborate with school staff to support student success. Professional Responsibilities Arrive prepared and on time each instructional day. Communicate proactively with Brilliant Bilingual leadership. Participate in required meetings and professional development. Represent Brilliant Bilingual professionally with students, families, and school personnel. Follow all company and partner school procedures.
