Requirements Proven classroom experience in elementary education within private or public school settings. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles and learning technology tools. Experience in teaching, tutoring students individually or in groups, and supporting literacy and math proficiency. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used to measure student achievement. Ability to adapt instructional methods for diverse learners including those with special needs or requiring additional support services.
