Header Overview Join our vibrant educational community as a Kindergarten Teacher, where your passion for early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and student assessment will help shape the educational journey of our youngest students. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development and instructional design principles. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to deliver interactive lessons and track student progress effectively. Assess individual student needs through formative and summative assessments, including quantitative analysis for student progress evaluation. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management strategies and conflict management techniques to create a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with colleagues on instructional planning, student performance data analysis, and implementing academic interventions within Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special education requirements, ensuring inclusive classroom practices. Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and library services into daily activities to promote well-rounded development. Maintain compliance with educational regulations and standards while fostering effective communication with parents and guardians about student progress. Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in preschool or elementary school settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories, literacy education, math instruction, and assessment-driven instruction methods. Experience teaching students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or academic interventions. Familiarity with learning technology tools such as LMS platforms and educational software. Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data to inform instruction and support individual growth. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, engaging families, and supporting student success. Certification or licensure in early childhood education or elementary teaching preferred; relevant coursework in childhood development highly valued.
