Monitor individual student progress through assessments, learning styles adaptability, and performance data analysis to tailor instruction effectively. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational activities to ensure consistency and high-quality instruction. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development, behavior, and academic achievements through parent-teacher meetings and updates. Qualifications Proven experience teaching young children in a classroom setting, preferably within elementary or preschool environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with curriculum implementation, standardized testing, literacy education, math instruction, and educational compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Proficiency in using learning technology, educational software, and library services to enrich classroom activities. Experience working with children with autism or other special needs is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles while monitoring student progress through performance data analysis.
