The teacher is expected to: Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that meets the academic and developmental needs of elementary students. Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and student growth. Assess student progress, use data to guide instruction, and provide appropriate intervention and enrichment. Implement school curriculum, instructional expectations, and classroom procedures consistently. A teaching degree and license is required.
