We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lead Kindergarten Teacher to guide our young learners and make a lasting impact in their lives. About the Role As the Lead Kindergarten Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging environment for children aged 5 to 12. Your day will include a variety of activities, from leading Kindergarten instruction to supporting children during before- and after-school routines. This is a wonderful opportunity to combine your teaching skills with your passion for helping children thrive. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate Kindergarten instruction. Supervise and guide children during before-school and after-school activities. Facilitate recess, ensuring a safe and fun environment for play. Assist with homework and encourage positive learning habits. Oversee meal times, promoting healthy habits and social interaction. Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all children. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. A genuine love for working with children aged 5 to 12. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to create a nurturing and structured environment that supports learning and development.
