Header Duties Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Utilize curriculum development skills to integrate literacy education, math, physical education, and child welfare practices into daily activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and foster strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain detailed records of student development and assessments. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Header Experience Prior teaching experience with young children in preschool or daycare setting is perferred but not mandatory. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is desirable. Knowledge or initive to learn childhood development principles, standardized testing procedures, and early childhood education best practices. We are willing to pay for adult and pediatric CPR-First Aid. Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners to support child growth and learning. Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 45.0 per week
