Skills Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management and behavior management skills. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing early intervention strategies for diverse learners. Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early childhood education standards such as Montessori or standardized testing methods. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners to foster a collaborative learning environment. Familiarity with toddler care practices, physical education activities for young children, and child welfare policies. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom routines while adapting to the individual needs of each student. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; experience teaching physical education or tutoring is a plus.
