Manage classroom activities with strong classroom management skills, ensuring smooth transitions and positive behavior management strategies. Engage in child development instruction by observing individual progress and tailoring activities to meet each child's unique needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns through regular updates and meetings. Uphold health and safety protocols by maintaining current First Aid and CPR certifications and keeping a safe environment.. Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, particularly with infants and toddlers.
