school year. Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction that meets the diverse learning needs while maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.
• Assess and analyze data to provide rigorous and targeted instruction
• Report to families on student progress through formal and informal benchmark testing.
• Complete report cards each term detailing each student's progress towards grade-level expectations.
• Manage effective classroom routines
• Foster strong partnerships with families, teachers, instructional assistants, and all ancillary service providers.
• Assume necessary supervisory responsibilities when required
• Have an excellent work ethic, reliable, punctual, and professional.
