Role:

The Club House Childcare and Preschool in Rosemount, MN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young children Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning activities Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom at all times Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals and center operations

Requirements:

Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication and teamwork skills
