Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Job Description

Long Term Substitute Teacher MNCS has an immediate opening for a Long-term Substitute Teacher @ our Elementary School. Now accepting applications for a long-term Substitute Teacher through December 2026. As a long-term substitute, you ensure that the quality of education is maintained in the classrooms and time is used productively to further student learning. A valid Minnesota Short Call Substitute or Teaching License is required.
