Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student development and address any concerns. Skills Strong background in education administration and classroom management techniques. Proficient in lesson planning with the ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual student needs. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Familiarity with learning technologies that can enhance the educational experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on creative writing abilities. A passion for fostering a love of learning in young students through innovative teaching practices.
