Opportunity:
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and accountable independent contractor or small crew to provide day-to-day property maintenance and repair services at our properties throughout East St. Paul and Minneapolis . This is a great opportunity for an experienced handyman, maintenance contractor, or repair professional looking for consistent workflow and flexible hours . Workload can vary based on your availability and whether you're interested in part-time or full-time coverage. Typical Repairs & Service Calls Day-to-day work may include: Miscellaneous plumbing repairs Door repairs and replacements Window repairs and replacements Light fixture repairs and replacements General property maintenance Troubleshooting and miscellaneous service calls Other repair and maintenance needs that arise at our properties How We Work Most repairs operate under set pricing Materials are typically provided through our Home Depot Pro account or picked up from our office Contractors may be responsible for picking up materials as needed Workload can range from part-time to full-time depending on availability and interest Opportunity to develop a consistent stream of work for the right contractor or crew What We're Looking For We are specifically looking for contractors who are: Reliable and consistent Trustworthy and accountable Experienced with general property repairs and maintenance Able to communicate professionally and respond to service calls Able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented and committed to completing quality work Looking for an ongoing working relationship rather than occasional jobs Please note: This isn't glamorous work, and it may not be the highest-paying option per individual repair. However, for the right contractor, it can provide steady, consistent workflow and dependable weekly income .
Compensation:
Expected weekly earnings are approximately $700-$1,500 , depending on hours worked, availability, and workload. How to
