The Position:
STEP Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Elementary ELL Teacher (K-5) based at the St. Paul campus (K-12) . The ideal candidate will support multilingual learners in developing English language proficiency while strengthening foundational literacy and academic skills. This role includes providing targeted instruction, supporting reading development, and using student data to guide instruction and interventions.
Preferred Qualifications:
K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching license Experience working with elementary students Knowledge of and experience with literacy instruction and interventions Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds Experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) Cultural competence
Minimum Qualifications:
