We are seeking a Primary Lead Guide to join one of our established classrooms of 22 amazing students for the 26-27 school year. About the Classroom Mixed-age Primary environment (ages 3-6) 22 children with consistent enrollment Supported by an experienced leadership and curriculum team across 13 classrooms What You'll Do Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment Guide children through the full Primary curriculum with fidelity Observe and tailor lessons to support each child's development Foster independence, concentration, and social-emotional growth Build a strong partnership with your assistant Communicate clearly and professionally with families Who You Are Montessori Primary certified (MACTE-accredited) Experienced leading a Primary classroom and managing a full work cycle Consistent, observant, and grounded in Montessori philosophy Collaborative and team-oriented Committed to maintaining high standards for the environment and the children What We Offer $1,000 annual classroom budget for materials and enhancements beyond core supplies Dedicated continuing education support , including funding and opportunities to attend Montessori conferences and trainings 401(k) with 4% employer match Competitive PTO Predictable schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch Year-round stability in a well-established program Charlotte Montessori is a place where teachers can do their best work—supported, respected, and resourced appropriately.
