Elementary School Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. This role involves educating young minds, fostering their academic and spiritual growth, and helping them develop essential life skills. The Elementary School Teacher will work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to implement effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs. Southside Christian School is a discipleship school that hires Christian teachers and enrolls students whose parents have provided a letter of reference from a church of like-faith. We currently have over 100 local churches represented in the student body. In addition to teaching, we are seeking teachers with a heart to invest in the lives of students. Our mission is to impact the next generation for Christ by developing intellectual leaders who are developing a Biblical worldview. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field A growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior A member in good standing at a church with biblical doctrine consistent with Southside Christian's statement of faith ACSI Certification or the ability to obtain ACSI Certification Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus We invite qualified candidates who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of elementary school students to apply for this rewarding position.

Pay:

$34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
