Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom experience. Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to early childhood stages, including literacy education and math instruction. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety in emergency situations. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, documentation, and maintaining a structured learning environment.
