Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth. Build strong, meaningful relationships with students and families. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and learning needs of all students. Assess student learning and use data to monitor progress and guide instructional decisions. Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations for all students. Collaborate effectively with grade-level teams, administration, support staff, and families. Communicate regularly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues. Participate in school events, professional development, staff meetings, and other school activities. Support the school's mission, values, and commitment to student success. Qualifications North Carolina Teaching License in Elementary Education or eligibility to obtain one. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to create an engaging, structured, and student-centered learning environment.
